If I could wish one thing for you today, it would be for hope...hope for healing, growth and well-being.

Often, we are able to work things out in our heart and mind when we have an empathetic, non-judgmental listener...someone who cares, who will see and hear us, and keep our secrets.

Other times we need tools.

As a  psychotherapist, I use an integration of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Narrative, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapies.  My goals are to help you walk through whatever it is you are facing, facilitate healing and change, and help you find your peace and joy. While we can't change the past, we can work together to better understand, resolve and/or accept the challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
